Hi, I’m Amy, owner and head coach.
Helping people achieve their health and fitness goals has always been my passion. I became a Personal Trainer in 2012 after years working as a fitness instructor, and I built a thriving business in Manchester City Centre in one of the UK’s largest fitness franchises. But my heart led me back home to the Peak District where I now offer in-home Personal Training, bringing my wealth of experience and expertise directly to you —without the premium price tag of a city-centre trainer.
